I hear your frustration. This post was written last January, right before the pandemic hit. The fact is that this badge is a very hands on one that requires girls to have devices and a very tech savvy person leading the meeting. If you troop has the resources to do this via Zoom or in a socially distant place (my Council permits in person meetings at this time), then I would contact your local Apple store for their guidance on this badge. Maybe they have a program guideline that you can follow, or an employee can be an online guest speaker. The s/he can tell you what the girls need on their end for this badge.
Please let me know if you did this virtually and how it went!
I wish your blog had ideas for this badge that did not require going to an Apple Store. I'm having a hard time finding an alternative during COVID.
